Planning
The MCCP Company carries out planning activities to protect the cliff at various planning levels: promotion of national outline plans for protecting the cliff, promotion of planning derived from national outline plans - field analysis reports. Planning of building permits.
Implementation
The MCCP is protecting the coastal cliff, only in the areas of the sea, near the cliff. The works include construction of geotubes - geo-technical sheets filled with sand and submerged at a depth of several meters at sea, in order to reduce the strength of the waves, as well as feeding of sand to expand the coast and to distance the sea from the cliff.
Monitoring
The MCCP carries out monitoring activities: bathymetry, mapping of the coastline, base and head of the cliff, the withdrawal of the cliff. Monitoring for sand and geotubes projects: Ecological and granulometric monitoring. It also promotes technological solutions such as three-dimensional modeling and satellite mapping.
